The Position

We wish to appoint an Audit Senior with 1+ years PQE to join our Public Interest Entity team. You will work closely with experienced Partners, directors and managers on a portfolio of audit clients in across a broad range of commercial sectors such as pharma, technology, retail, NFP, professional services and engineering. Having recently been named one of Ireland’s Top 5 PIE Auditors, this is an exciting time to join the team!

Responsibilities

  • Opportunities to work with our colleagues in specialist areas such as transaction services, corporate finance, consulting and tax to co-ordinate services to our clients in a holistic way;
  • Developing staff in areas of mentoring, training and ongoing support.
  • Responsibility for a portfolio of commercial audit clients including co-ordination of service offerings from other departments
  • Management of assignments resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction combined with targeted firm recovery
  • Responsibility for fee billing and cash collection among own portfolio of clients
  • Measurement against collective (departmental) targets for fcr, billing, net fee income and cash collection as well as personal and firm-wide goals
  • Involvement in staff training
  • Involvement in firm / department practice development and marketing initiatives
  • Responsibility for staff reviewing procedures


Job requirements

Principal Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with 1+ years PQE, ideally in a medium or large practice environment
