The Position

We wish to appoint a Human Resource Consulting Manager to join our People Consulting team. The candidate will work with a team that delivers a wide range of HR consulting services, including recruitment and executive search services, organisation development and human resource service delivery services across the public and private sector. The role will involve both operational and strategic projects and is ideal for someone looking for a challenge.

Typical projects you can expect to include the management of recruitment and executive search campaigns, diversity and inclusion projects, HR compliance projects, cultural reviews and many more.

Excellent project and team management skills are a must, as the role will involve the project management and resourcing of various assignments. The position will involve managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous consulting experience or an individual who would like the challenge of transitioning to a consulting role.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of client engagement from scope definition to delivery
  • Prepare client reports, presentations and client communications
  • Liaise and maintain contact with staff at all levels of client organisations
  • Manage and develop team members
  • Support business development, including preparation of proposals and tender responses


Job requirements

Principal Requirements

  • Recruitment and executive search experience
  • Relevant HR organisational development qualification
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Experience in providing advice and delivering solutions to clients in the area of Human Resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in team management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must multitask and have experience in project management
  • Strong business development skills
  • Experience of public sector organisations
  • Experience with diversity & inclusion initiatives
